Files are confidentially stored for an indefinite period, not less than seven (7) years from the date of close, at 1256 West Byron Street, Chicago, Illinois. In the event a file is to be destroyed, moved to another storage location or archived by another means, a notification will be sent thirty (30) days before any such action. Copies of a file may be requested for a nominal fee. In the event access to a file is desired while it is being stored, please notify my office in advance so that it may be retrieved.
